Instructions to create an account at My School Account

Go to the website: https://www.myschoolaccount.com

Create an Account
The second paragraph contains a link to create an account. Click on the word "here".

Fill out the form, everything in "red" is required. Also note the password you enter must be eight characters in length.

Once the form is complete you will receive an email with a verification code.

Verify your Account
After you receive your code, log back into the website https://www.myschoolaccount.com with your username and password. The next screen will ask you to enter the verification code.

Add your Students
To add your students, you must know their student I.D. number (located on their report card on the same line as their name).

Click on the add student button
Type in their I.D. number
Click on "Add"

You may enter all of your students on this screen.

To view a student's balance, click on view student, you see all your students and their balances on one screen.

To view student's meals, click on view in the column meals last 30 days. The system has only been up and running since 12/1/06. The history is only for 30 days only; you can not go back and see anything older than that.
