FERPA Notice

By law, Central Fulton School District may disclose appropriately designated “directory information” without the written consent of parents. This information may include the student's name; grade level; photo and video; participation in activities and sports; the weight and height of members of athletic teams; and 
degrees, honors, and awards received. However, parents may request that the district withhold this information from outside agencies such as the local newspaper or from district publications including its web site.

Similarly, federal law requires CFSD to provide military recruiters, upon request, with the following information – names, addresses and telephone listings – unless parents have advised the district that they do not want their student’s information disclosed without their prior written consent. If you do not want CFSD to disclose any or all of the information listed above without your prior written consent, you must notify the school principal in writing by September 10, 2015.
