The library is a happening place at McConnellsburg Elementary School.  Each day classes are taught on all grade levels.  Many students are "caught" reading their Accelerated Reader books or researching any subject.  Come in for a visit!!

The Scholastic Book Fair will be arriving in the library on September 26, 2008.  The theme of the fair is "Book Fair Safari."  The Book Fair will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. until September 30, 2008.

The McConnellsburg Elementary Library collection has approximately 17,000 titles in a variety of formats including books, videos, DVD's, guided reading sets, and reference materials.  It is our goal to help students acquire:  literary skills, information skills, technology skills, and an appreciation and love of good literature.
