Education

I am a member of Southern Huntingdon County High School's Class of 2003.  That fall I began my studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  In December of 2007, I graduated with a Bacholar's degree in Physical Education and Sport: Athletic Training and a Bacholar's degree in K-12 Heath and Physical Education.  Upon graduation, I first taught Middle/High school Health and Physical Education at Cameron County School District.  Then in June of 2008, I accepted the Middle/High school Health and Physical Education teaching position at Central Fulton School District.  While working here, I enrolled in the Shippensburg University to begin graduated course work.  I graduated in December of 2012 with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and recieved my K-12 Principal's Certifcation.  In August of 2017, I accepted the position of Middle/High school Assistant Principal at Central Fulton School District.

MMS/MHS Experience

As mentioned above, I have worked at Central Fulton School District since 2008.  Beyond serving as a Middle/High school Health and Physical Education teacher, I was also served as the the Online Program Coordinator for the Spartan Virtual Academy in the 2010-2011 school year.  In 2013, I became the High School Dean of Students until the conclusion of the 2016-2017 school year.  That is when I accepted the role as Middle/High school Assistant Principal.  In addition to that role, I am also part of the Student Assistance Program (SAP), Dropout Prevention Iniatitive, Check and Connect program, Wellness Committee, as well as many other programs to better the educational experience for our students at MMS/MHS.
