PROM PROMISE

PROM PROMISE

Student Council had a PROM PROMISE event on Friday, April 20th. This annual Nationwide event was a fun event for pre-prom event. Prom night should be fun and memorable for all the right reasons, not because someone’s behavior at prom is irresponsible. Driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol is dangerous, and the statistics around this behavior are truly sobering. What can you do? As part of your prom preparation, take the Prom Promise Pledge to be responsible at prom and all after prom activities. Students at MHS won prizes, ate banana splits and signed the pledge.  Thank you, Trooper Lupey, for presenting to us. Also, thank you, Mrs. Dunkle and student council members, for coordinating this fun event.
