Fulton County AVTS Virtual Childcare

January 5, 2021

The Fulton County Area Vocational School's Early Childhood Education class is offering a VIRTUAL preschool program for children ages 3 to 5. Preschool will be running from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with the choice of one day per week--- Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Your child's session will be approximately 30 minutes with a few other children to provide opportunities for the children to work, play, and learn together safely from their own home. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide electronic devices nor internet usages for your child to use for our program. The program will run 16 weeks beginning Tuesday, February 2 through Thursday, May 20.

Preschool provides an opportunity for high school students to interact with children by planning and implementing activities. Keep in mind that our time is for social development, organized play, and fun activities (storytime, games, and art projects) in a loosely structured environment.

An enrollment fee of $20.00 per child, or $30.00 for two children in one family is required in order to help defray costs. You may pay the entire amount when you pick up the bag of supplies for the full 16 weeks or drop it off at McConnellsburg High school office. Checks can be made payable to McConnellsburg High School.

If you are interested in having your child attend or have any questions, please email Anjuli Barber at abarber@cfsd.info.
